Each kit contains:

• 1x VetPen - available in 2 sizes:
  
  
  • 0.5-8.0 IU (0.5 unit dose) for small dogs and cats; or
  
  
  • 1.0-16 IU (1 unit dose increase) for large dogs
  
  
  

• 1x Travel pouch - to use when you go out with your pet, this is a soft pouch that contains the pen, needles, adapter for removing sharp objects and insulin.

• 1x Needle Remover - a safe way to remove your needles from the pen.

• 1x Dose Selection Adapter - makes it easy to choose the correct dosage for owners to improve handling.

• 1x Release Button Extension - better use of dosing for owners who do not like to use syringes.

• 28 x VetPen Needles

• 2 x instructions for Use Leaflets

Prescription Medication Policy – Vetmeds

At Vetmeds, your pet’s health and safety are our priority. Please note that once prescription medications have left our facility, they cannot be returned or refunded.

We exclusively dispense Health Canada-approved prescription medications and ship them within Canada, provided a valid Canadian prescription is submitted with your order.

Every prescription is carefully prepared by our licensed Canadian pharmacists at Vetmeds, a division of Pace Pharmacy. The medication you receive is the same brand, active ingredient, and dosage your veterinarian prescribes—offered at fair prices and delivered directly to any Canadian address. For pets requiring unique or specialty prescriptions, we may be able to provide custom-compounded formulations. Contact our support team with any questions regarding medication availability, compounded pet treatments, or prescription submissions.

A valid prescription from your veterinarian is required before dispensing. You can submit it before or after placing your order. Prescriptions can be faxed or emailed directly by your vet or sent to us by mail. If you prefer, you can also bring the original prescription to our location.
